"This place it great. This could have been a 1 star review, but they really came through.
I needed a front windshield and called them first before calling their big glass provider in the area. They were over $300 CHEAPER than the bigger company on an aftermarket windshield for my Camry so I decided to give the business to them.
The waiting room was clean and cool and the window was installed in less than an hour.
Driving away I noticed however that there was an imperfection in the windshield. It appeared to be a poorly fixed windshield chip.
After trying to get used to the problem I decided it was too much of a nuisance to ignore. I took it back and told the owner what I had noticed. He couldn't see what I was talking about, but said if I would be willing to give it a few weeks and the problem hadn't gone away he would replace it no questions asked.
This is where it could have gone very poorly.
Several weeks go by and the problem hadn't gone away. In other words, I wasn't seeing things that weren't there. There was actually a problem. So I took the car back.
What did they do when I took the car back? They replaced the windshield. No questions asked and no extra cost to me.

"Called 3 places and they were the cheapest. Had the windshield of my Tacoma replaced in under an hour. Using them again for my moms 4Runner."

"Very friendly ! They were able to replace my windshield for 80% less then my insurance deductible was going to charge me .. I'm still waiting in the office to see how good of a job they did, but I'm already happy ."

"I took a rock to the windshield of my new car. The crack was two feet long and traveled right across my visual field, obstructing my view.__The dealer quoted me over $1000.00. I have full coverage and only a $200 deductible. So, I called another company and made arrangements for an insurance covered repair when my friend recommended this place.__Wow! Fast, friendly service and a new windshield in less than 90 minutes for less than my deductible!_Will shop here again!"
